Diagnosed with PTSD: Do’s and Don’ts


In our day to day lives, many of us face incidents that may be over-intensive, terrible, and beyond our control. For example, we can meet with a massive car crash, be the dupe of a physical attack, or an eye-witness to an accident.  Generally, people get over such things very quickly without requiring any help. While many a times, such trauma situations continue to disturb some of us for the coming days, months or years or even for whole life. If you or your close ones are experiencing such after effects of traumas, then they are suffering from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD in short.
